Answer: No, acting out of turn isn't allowed. If the all-in player shows his/her cards out of turn, that obviously gives information to other players in the hand. This happens every now and then when you play because someone doesn't realize that there is a player left to act behind them. I've done it recently even: flipped my cards over while someone still had to call. Most of the time it is unintentional and usually works actually against you. (Often you wanted the other player to call, but after showing your cards they don't have to.) There is the possibility of abuse though, and the order of betting has to be kept in tact, so the dealer does remind you to act in turn. In a cash game, I've only seen someone asked to leave because of this once. The guy was really wasted and had to be repeatedly asked to act in turn. No one wanted the player to leave, but after a while the floorman was called and they had to pick up his chips and ask him to leave. In a tourney, they have more options for disciplining players. They can have penalties like forcing them to sit out for set amount of time, or just killing the hand.
Die Aussage ist zwar: "nicht erlaubt", aber die Hand scheint dadurch nicht tot zu sein. So ähnlich steht es auch im Robert's Pokerrules.
