Turnbet ist schon knapp imo 3way und der Turn hitted so nice. Am River ist für mich ein klarer c/f, er wird qj behind checken.

Das ist eine Blockbet. Eine solche ist angebracht in Situationen, in denen die Betsize keine Rolle spielt. Stärkere Hände werden mich sowieso raisen, schwächere Hände kann ich so vielleicht noch zu einem Call bewegen. Man betreibt so halt aktives Potcontrol.
